Transfer Course Equivalency

EKU faculty and staff carefully review and approve course equivalencies for every transfer course that is submitted to the University. Once an equivalency is created, it becomes the established practice for how the University accepts the course, though these equivalencies may be changed at the discretion of the University. Our publicly available database of established equivalencies serves as an excellent (though unofficial) means of evaluating your transfer credit.

Notes:
  1. Military credit is evaluated and organized under American Council on Education in the database. Contact the Office of Military and Veteran's Affairs for more information.
  2. International transfer courses are handled through a separate process and are not included in our public database.
  3. Our legacy database is still available and kept up-to-date.

Remember, if a course is not within the publicly available database, it does not mean that the course will not transfer. It most likely means that no one has ever submitted it. Please use this form to submit an evaluation request for any unknown coursework.
